I am a Certified Fitness Coach and a specialist in weight loss and nutrition. I have been training clients for more than 5 years. During my journey as a fitness entrepreneur, and the founder of Breakthrough Studio pioneering suspension training and bungee fitness in Sri Lanka, I have refined my fitness and nutrition strategy to provide the best results in a short span of time. More importantly, to do so while having fun and sustaining a holistically healthy lifestyle! I believe that if you enjoy your workouts you are much more likely to stick with them.

This 8-week programme is for absolute beginners looking to kickstart their weight loss journey and reclaim their health.

The Body rEvolution Programme

This is a 12-week advanced programme for those capable of making a long-term commitment to a fitness routine. Weight loss is just one aspect of the programme. It is a revolution that brings out a full body transformation to help you become the best version of yourself. You will be imbibed with the knowledge, technique and exercise necessary to shed weight, tone up and build muscle, all whilst enjoying delicious meals and working out according to a tailor-made fitness plan.

  • 1 Pair of Dumbbells  – 1kg each
  • 1 Pair of Dumbbells  – 2kg each
  • Mini Band
  • Skipping Rope

  • Portion size and portion control in accordance with your fitness goals.
  • Calculating your food/macros Micronutrient intake Intermittent fasting for longevity and weight loss.
  • Alternatives to sugar and commonly consumed refined foods.
  • Grocery list suggestions.
  • Recipes.
